½ jar Walden Farms Apricot spread
1 mushroom or chicken soup packet
1 bottle Walden Farms Russian salad dressing
2 tbsp vinegar
½ tsp sea salt
4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients, except chicken. Arrange the chicken breasts
in a baking dish. Pour the sauce over the chicken and marinate overnight. Bake covered
in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
Turn the chicken and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
Baste occasionally with sauce.
