Russian Apricot Chicken

Russian Apricot Chicken– phase 1-4, serves 4

1 /2 jar Walden Farms apricot spread

1 Ideal Protein leek, mushroom or chicken soup packet

1 bottle Walden Farms Russian salad dressing

2 tbsp vinegar

1/2 tsp sea salt

4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

In a large bowl, mix together the apricot spread, and all other ingredients, except chicken. Arrange the chicken breasts in a baking dish.

Pour the sauce over the chicken and marinate overnight. Bake covered in

a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Turn the chicken and bake uncovered for

30 minutes. Baste occasionally with sauce.
