At Benchmark, our aim is to improve patients' quality of life by looking at the whole body - not just certain parts - which is observed through advanced diagnostics. We promote healing with a multi-faceted, high-tech approach, all while nurturing deep personal connections.

Our Registered Nurse, Lauren, was born and raised in Florida, and in 2003 she moved to Colorado with her family. In her free time, Lauren spends time with her family and together they like to travel, camp and explore.
Lauren started working in the healthcare field in 2006. In 2012 she received her Massage Therapy certification from the Alaska Institute of Oriental Medicine, Acupuncture, and Massage Therapy, with an emphasis in Traditional Chinese medicine, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong. Lauren earned her Associates of General Studies and Associates of Science in Nursing at the University of Alaska Anchorage and her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at the University of Northern Colorado. She then landed at Benchmark in 2019 and we have loved her ever since.

Overall, Hannah makes sure that everything in the office runs safely and smoothly so that guests can have an informative and advantageous visit.
In her free time, Hannah loves to participate in outdoor activities such as hiking and walking her puppy as well as playing games with her friends on Saturday nights and watching her 1 year old niece.

Jordan, one of our newer employees, is currently studying Nursing at Colorado State University where she’s also part of the sorority Chi Omega. Her dream job is to be a dermatologist, but for now, she engages in competitive cheer for the Cheer Central Suns, which keeps her very busy. Her versatility on the mat translates well in her work as she efficiently takes care of multiple tasks at once in the office. Jordan is a fun, vibrant personality who loves to talk with patients and get to know them on a personal level.
Something interesting about Jordan is that she has traveled the world, and Cost Rica is her favorite vacation spot. In the future, she hopes to visit more countries and learn from their unique cultures.
Hope is a Colorado native, born and raised in Fort Collins, and she has been a patient at Benchmark ever sing she was little. Now that she’s older, Hope discovered her fervor for helping people overcome their chronic pain and illness, and from her time here, she has become a hard, passionate worker who covers various tractions in our chiropractic area, leads fitness classes, and assists Dr. Jason, Dr. Sandy, and our nurse Lauren. Overall, Hope has become an irreplaceable commodity in the office, and her fun-loving personality makes patients feel safe in our care.
In high school, Hope loved athletics and played various sports such as volleyball, basketball, and track and field. After graduation, she nurtured her love for fitness by regularly working out and participating in outdoor activities such as hiking and swimming when the weather is agreeable. Something interesting about Hope is she loves artistry and creating; her passion can be seen throughout the Benchmark building on the whiteboards and signs that she designs.
When you walk in, you can see our newest employee, Faith, working at the front desk, administering K-Laser treatments, and operating our Cryotherapy chamber. She was born in Loveland, CO, and, along with Hope, has been a patient at Benchmark since she was a kid. Now the sisters work side-by-side to help people get the most out of their visits.
Previously employed in the service industry, Faith has over four years of experience with interpersonal communication, detail-oriented scheduling, multitasking, and dispute resolution. Currently, she is working towards her Associates of Arts concentrating in English, and later, she aims to attend Ouachita Baptist University in Arkansas to get her Bachelors in Secondary Education where she hopes to become a high school English or Literature teacher.
An interesting detail about Faith is she has traveled all around East Asia; Thailand being her favorite country to visit. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and learning new skills such as writing or sewing. Her dream job is teaching English as a Second Language in Japan while traveling the world as a freelance writer..
