4 (6 oz) cod fillets (or other firm white fish)
2 tsp Walden Farms Mayo
1/8 tsp sea salt
1 package Sour cream & Fine herb zipper snacks, finely crushed
½ cup Walden Farms ranch dressing
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Arrange fillets on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Brush ½ tsp mayo over top of each fillet; sprinkle evenly with sea salt.
Gently press about 2 tbsp crushed zipper snacks evenly on top of each fillet. Cook fish at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Serve with ranch dressing.
