Snickerdoodle Latte – phase 1-4, serves 1

8 oz brewed coffee

1/2 tsp good quality ground cinnamon plus one cinnamon stick for garnish

1/2 tsp pure vanilla

1/2tsp toffee extract (optional) if you can find it

1 Ideal protein premade vanilla drink

Blend all ingredients well and serve immediately with cinnamon stick for stirring and garnish
