- New and existing patients, the lead time is at least 2 weeks out. Refill patients please contact the Benchmark Medical at (970) 686-9117 when you have 2-3 doses left, this will help ensure there is no lapse in your treatment plan. Based on the individual dose associated with your personal program, you will need to be cognizant of your refill needs.

- For existing patients that have already had their consultation with the Provider prescribed, Karen York, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC and wish to have an additional consultation regarding dosage or any symptoms you may be experiencing, please call the Benchmark Medical at (970) 686-9117 and schedule a follow up appointment, there will be an additional consultation fee of $75 for the follow up TeleHealth call. We respectfully request that you do not contact the Provider prescribed, Karen York, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC outside of your scheduled appointment.

- Four complimentary nutritional consultations with Sandy Haas, these can be utilized by scheduling via the Benchmark Medical APP or by calling/texting Benchmark Medical at (970) 686-9117 to ensure you are placed on the schedule. These services include nutritional guidance, and we have noticed that patients who are utilizing her expertise on fats, carbohydrates, proteins, and exercise are seeing exceptional and accelerated results. These complimentary consultations are only offered in your initial package. If you desire to continue additional lifestyle modification coaching please communicate with Sandy Haas.

- Everyone that received a blood work analysis via Benchmark Medical, please contact Benchmark Medical at (970) 686-9117 to schedule your lab review. Lab results are returning within 7-10 days from the original draw date.

- Benchmark Medical has now provided an added enhancement, Liposlim intramuscular shot, to the slim shot program. We are seeing significantly better patient results by including this all natural supplement shot. Five Liposlim shots are included in your initial program and as a complimentary offer we are including five Liposlim shots for all consecutive refills.
