Turkey Salisbury Steaks (phase 1-4) serves 2

1 pound ground turkey
3 egg whites
2 Ideal protein Mushroom soup packets, used separately,
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup low fat chicken broth
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
Heat a large non-stick skillet with olive oil over medium heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg whites, soup packet contents, pepper and sea salt. Form into 4 oval patties. Cook for 5 minutes per side, or until browned. Remove to a plate and cover to keep warm. Microwave broth for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and garlic to the pan and cook until garlic begins to brown, then add the broth. Let boil and then reduce heat to a simmer and add 2nd soup packet contents (that has been combined with 3-4oz water and shaken to dissolve) and blend well , simmer for 5-15 minutes or until thickened.* Serve over steaks.
