Sriracha Lime Oysters

Grilled (or Broiled) Oysters with a Sriracha Lime Butter-olive/coconut oil instead of butter

Sriracha Lime Oysters – phase 1-4, serves  2 dozen oysters

As adapted from Food 52

4 tbsp olive oil

1tsp Sriracha

2tsp garlic, finely minced

2 tbsp lime juice

1/4 tsp sea salt

2 tsp cilantro, minced

2 dozen oysters on the half shell

Mix the olive oil with the garlic, sriracha, lime, salt, and cilantro. Let chill in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the grill (or broiler) until very hot.

Toss each oyster with a bit of sriracha mixture.

Grill (or broil) for 3-4 minutes.

Enjoy! But be careful as the shells will be very hot.
