Simple Sally’s Baked Chicken

Simple Sally’s Baked Chicken – phase 1-4, serves 4

4 boneless skinless Chicken breasts

3/4 cup Dijon mustard

1/2 cup Walden Farms Pancake syrup

2 tbsp vinegar-

2 tbsp fresh rosemary

Sea salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat your oven to 450ºF.  Mix together Dijon mustard, Walden Farms pancake syrup, and vinegar.
Put 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts into a foil-lined, oven-proof baking dish.  Then, add sea salt and pepper to the chicken. Pour your maple mustard mixture over them, turning the chicken in the mixture so they are fully coated.
Put the chicken breasts into the oven, and let them bake for 40-45 minutes. Baste the tops of the chicken with more sauce half way through. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Plate the chicken, making sure to spoon some extra sauce over the top. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary.
