Sesame Ginger Cod Salad (phase 1-4) serves 1

7 ounces cod
sea salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1 clove garlic (crushed)
Pinch of red pepper flakes
1 serving salad greens
1/4 tomato (sliced)   

2-3 tbsp of Walden Farms Sesame Ginger dressing( to taste)
2 green onion (chopped)

 Season the fish with the sea salt and pepper.  Heat the oil and garlic in a pan over medium heat.  Add the fish and cook on both sides (about 2-3 minutes per side, depending on thickness).  Assemble the salad with all ingredients.
