Rosemary Salmon (phase 1-4) serves 4

1 salmon fillet

smoked sea salt

ground black pepper

2 tsp olive oil

lemon, sliced

Fresh rosemary

Pat the fish dry and set on a piece of foil. Sprinkle with smoked sea salt and ground black pepper. Drizzle olive oil across the fish followed by the fresh rosemary. Cover with lemon slices then wrap in foil. Grill for 20 minutes or just until the fish gets flaky.
