Rosemary Citrus Rub

Got left over herbs from the holiday? Try this simple rub for chicken, turkey or even fish!

Rosemary Citrus Rub – phase 1-4 -Yield: 1/2 cup

3 tablespoons freshly grated lemon zest
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Use as a rub for turkey or chicken.
