Roasted Radish “Chips” (phase 1-4) serves 1-2

Pre heat oven to 300 degrees.  Slice 12 radishes into very thin slices (1/8 inch or less), spread in a single layer on a baking sheet that has been lightly sprayed with olive oil cooking spray, and then spray tops with a little more olive oil cooking spray, sprinkle with a little sea salt & pepper, and roast in the oven. Roast for about 45 minutes, but watch closely, you don’t want them to burn!
