2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
2 cups button mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
4 tbsp vinegar
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp olive oil

Combine Vinegar, sea salt, pepper and olive oil in a small bowl and whisk until well

In a larger bowl combine all veggies and then toss with the vinegar mixture.
