According to Rene de Wijk, phD of Wageningen University in the Netherlands, “people may unconsciously take smaller bites to regulate the amount of flavor they experience” Try cooking your favorite dishes with lots of fresh herbs and spices, not only will it taste better but you may also lose a little more weight!
Try this salmon and Rosemary dish tonight-
Combine 2 tsp of olive oil and 1 tsp of chopped fresh rosemary. Brush onto Salmon fillet and broil.
