Garlicky Asparagus Recipe

Garlicky Asparagus- phase 1-4, serves 2-4

as adapted from cooking light

1 pound asparagus spears, trimmed

1 tbsp olive oil

2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

1/8 tsp sea salt

1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Steam asparagus 4 minutes or until crisp-tender.

While asparagus steams, heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook 2 minutes or until fragrant, stirring frequently. Add asparagus, sea salt, and pepper; toss to combine.
