Cilantro Salmon Salad (phase 1-4) serves 3

3 salmon filets grilled and flaked
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
4 tbsp Walden Farms raspberry vinaigrette dressing

2 tbsp vinegar
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

1/4 tsp Sea salt

Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Chill at least 20 minutes. Serve over bed of lettuce.  Store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
