Chicken with Mushroom Sauce (phase 1-4) serves 2

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Sea salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp paprika

Sauce:
Olive oil cooking spray
1 pound mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp Braggs liquid aminoes
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Ideal Protein Chicken or Mushroom soup packet prepared w/ 5oz water
Dash paprika
Pinch fresh parsley, chopped
Sea salt and pepper, to taste

Season the chicken breasts with sea salt pepper and paprika and place in a large baking pan. Bake at 425º for 45 minutes, until done. About 20 minutes before chicken is done, spray the olive oil in a large skillet. Sauté the mushrooms until tender. Stir in the liquid aminoes and mustard, and then slowly stir in the soup. Heat over medium low heat cook until the sauce has thickened. Season to taste and stir in parsley. Serve over the chicken.
