½ cup lime juice
1 tsp stevia
1 tbsp Walden Farms Pancake syrup
1 cup water
2 tsp sea salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp thyme
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

In a bowl or blender mix all ingredients (except chicken) until well blended.

Pour marinade over chicken breast. Refridgerate 4-12 hours.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain and reserve marinade. Place chicken in baking dish. Bake
for 1 hour and 25 minutes, basting with marinade every 20 minutes.
