Chicken Creole (phase 1-4) serves 8
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup celery, chopped, 4 ounces
1 red pepper, sliced, 4 ounces
1 green pepper, sliced, 4 ounces
1 tsp minced garlic
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon granular Stevia or equivalent liquid Stevia
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Hot sauce such as tabasco, to taste

Place the chicken breasts in a Crockpot. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken. Cook on low 7-8 hours.
